Who we are
This website, travelways.pk, is run by Travel Ways International Pvt Ltd (“Travel Ways”, “we”, “us”), an IATA-accredited travel agency at First Floor, Poonch House, 20 Adam Jee Rd, Saddar, Rawalpindi, 46000, Pakistan. We decide how the personal information described in this policy is used.

What we collect
Information you send us. When you enquire about Hajj, Umrah, flights, visas or corporate travel, you share details such as your name, phone number, email, travel plans and the number of travellers. If you go on to book, we also need documents such as passport and CNIC copies, photographs and vaccination records, because airlines, hotels and visa authorities require them.
How our enquiry form and chat assistant work. They prepare your message inside your own browser. Nothing is sent to our servers until you choose to send it yourself by WhatsApp, email or phone, and the message then reaches us through that service.
Information collected automatically. With analytics on, Google Analytics records which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive, the type of device and browser, and an approximate location (such as country or city). Our hosting provider also processes technical request data, including IP addresses, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Third-party services on this site
Some content comes directly from other providers, which means they can see your IP address when it loads:
- Google Analytics (see above). According to Google, Google Analytics 4 does not log or store individual IP addresses.
- Vercel, which hosts the site.
- Cloudinary and similar image hosts, which deliver many of our photos.
- Prayer-time and exchange-rate services (Aladhan, jsDelivr-hosted currency data and ExchangeRate-API), which supply the live Makkah times and currency rates on the home page.
- YouTube (using its privacy-enhanced domain) and Facebook for testimonial videos. These load only when you press play.
- WhatsApp and your email provider when you contact us through them. Their own privacy policies apply to those messages.
How we use information
- To answer your enquiry and prepare quotes.
- To arrange your travel once you book: tickets, hotels, transport, visas and pilgrimage arrangements.
- To meet legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations that apply to travel agents.
- To keep the site secure and to understand and improve how it is used.
For visitors in the UK and EEA, our legal bases are: your consent (analytics cookies), taking steps at your request before or under a booking (enquiries and bookings), our legitimate interests in running and securing the site, and compliance with the law.
Transfers abroad
Travel to Saudi Arabia and other destinations means your details will be handled by parties outside Pakistan. Our website providers, including Google and Vercel, may also process data in other countries. We share only what is needed for the purpose.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking information only as long as needed to handle your request and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, and then delete or anonymise it. Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting on our Google Analytics account.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict its use, or send you a copy. You can object to uses based on our legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time.
To do any of this, contact us at travelways.pk@gmail.com. If you are in the UK or EEA and are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to your data protection authority, such as the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Children
This site is for adults. We collect a child’s details only when a parent or guardian gives them to us to arrange the child’s travel.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Our Terms of Use also apply to this website.
