Overseas Umrah

How our ground-services package works

Step 01

Who is this for?

Unlike Hajj, Umrah isn't tied to a nationality-based quota - so your passport doesn't affect whether you can book with us.

  • Any passport — no nationality quota for Umrah
  • Popular with Pakistani-heritage families abroad
  • You book your own flight and Umrah visa
Step 02

Visa handling

We handle your Saudi Umrah visa application as part of your booking - just send us your passport details once your dates are confirmed.

Step 03

Flights — your choice

We're not a registered flight-ticketing agent, so we don't issue flights directly - but once your dates are confirmed, we'll point you to trusted partner agents, or you're free to book your own.

Step 04

Airport pickup in Saudi Arabia

Our team meets you on arrival in Jeddah or Madinah and handles every ground arrangement from there - hotels, transport between Makkah, Madinah and Jeddah, and Ziyarah tours.

Step 05

International payment

We accept international payments via secure bank transfer or card payment. Contact us and we will send you full payment details along with your booking confirmation.

Ground-service pricing is quoted in USD - final rate confirmed on enquiry.

WhatsApp enquiry

Whatever passport you hold, you can apply for your own Saudi Umrah e-visa and fly from any UK airport. We take care of everything once you land in Jeddah or Madinah.

Frequently asked questions for overseas Umrah travellers

Do you book flights for Umrah from the UK?

We're not currently registered as a UK ticketing agent, so we don't issue flights directly. Once your Umrah dates are confirmed with us, we're happy to point you toward trusted partner agents for flights.

Do I need a Pakistani passport to book Umrah with you?

No. Umrah has no nationality quota, so any passport works - British, American, Canadian, or otherwise. Many of our overseas clients are Pakistani-heritage families who prefer a Punjabi/Urdu-speaking team handling their trip.

What exactly do you handle if I book my own flight?

Your Saudi Umrah visa, hotels near Haram in Makkah and Madinah, private transport between cities, airport pickup, and Ziyarah tours. You arrive, we take it from there.

How do I pay from abroad?

We accept international bank transfer or card payment. We'll send you a full invoice and payment details once your package is confirmed.

What's included in the ground package once I land?

Hotels near Haram in Makkah and Madinah, private transport between cities, airport pickup, and Ziyarah tours - all arranged before you land, so you go straight from the airport into your Umrah.

Can family members travelling from Pakistan join the same group?

In many cases, yes - let us know when you enquire and we'll do our best to coordinate overseas and Pakistan-based family members into the same package.
